Easy Chellem,

If you don't believe my argument, that is fine. You are entitled to your opinion without telling me I sound condescending.

Just one last question for you: Who pays the insurance premium for the policy that hopefully covered her med. bills?

"You wouldn't just throw your dog on your back seat and ride away would you? "

My friend used to do just that, NOT ME, my dog rode in the tank bag, up and down the eastern seaboard and thru the Smoky Mts. No leathers, no leash. I figured he deserved a chance to fly clear of the 500lb bike same as me.

LOWFLYER, I doubt he even has Guest Passenger Liability insurance on this bike, it is something you have to ask for and pay as an add-on. Most don't. You know, if I am not responsible for what happens on my bike, then WHO IS? Ridiculous to argue otherwise. We are the only ones who should know the downside of this moto riding, most neophytes don't. You guys are just so eager to actually have any GIRL on your bike, you'll risk their lives for your own momentary gratification.

I guess I'll drop my $0.02 in here as well.

There is a principle in american law which says you are responsible for how much you should know. I think it makes sense ethically as well.

So, if I ask my mother if this mole on my arm is skin cancer, and she gets it wrong, it's not her fault. If I ask my dermatologist, and she gets it wrong, it is her fault. Whats the difference? The dermatologist has been to medical school, sought and received state licensing, and is holding herself out as an authority on the subject. My mom is just a member of the general public.

Most of the time we think of ourselves as members of the general public. But when it comes to motorcycles, thats just not true. I have to have a special license to operate a motorcycle. I was trained and I was certified by both the MSF and NC DMV as competent. That training and certification included sections on carrying a passenger.

I should be competent to make judgements about the safety of my passenger. My passenger is not competent to make these judegements herself.

Curtyd,

You're right. I was assuming the asshat had insurance that would cover the passenger. How ever likely that may be, it would be his policy that covered her.

Man the girl in that link above got tore up pretty badly. Sad waste of flesh..........

I think she should do community service for being super stupid. They could have her go by the biggest and busiest sport bike dealerships to do some bikini modeling. Then again stupid don't listen.................

I agree. They should also remove her ovaries to head off any chance she might breed.

And for going 120mph with her on back barely clothed, he should have his "boys" removed!

Seems to me the guy on the HD grabbed the wrong handle, a good thump on the rear brake and a good bit of throttle might have corrected him...Then again he was to cool to wreck in the first picture.

As for the girl in the link...she seems to still not understand the future problems she will have as she badly injured the largest organ she has. She got a boob job out of it...LOL...new boobs for the boob. Glad she is better, but it seems that everyone seems to deny reality when it comes to motorcycles. I don't need mine faster, hell its fast enough to kill me already. Larry

Ok I agree that she should not have offspring, But can I have her she was cute, besides I like scars. Other than that What can we expect from a BLONEDE (and YES I love BLONDES.. and brunettes, and redheads.)
Nothing personal to any blonde out there on this forum, but she is the stereotypical blonde, or she had a "Blonde Moment".

Buellin_ri personally I don't care Laugh if you want, I am; AND WHEN I go down y'all can laugh at me too.
