just sheared off an exhaust stud... not sure what to do... really frustrated and want to put a stick of dynamite in the exhaust port right now. (went out to work on the bike to find a flat already today)

which head and which stud? JIMS makes a two just for the drilling out that problem. Can be done on the bike if the access is there to get a drill striaght on. Personally when I broke one on the M2 I found an indy shop willing to do it. Without pulling the head off.

if your hare handy and careful as loki says you can do it on the bike.
Jlnance just did a repair and posted look in storm fronts about 2 months ago

rear head, top stud.... tried to drill it out without the jims tool... didnt work. going to order the tool and finish the job, just sucks dont really have the money at the moment
