How many Dealers do this:

My bike broke down yesterday on my way to SMHD/Buell for our monthly 3%er Brag Meeting. Not sure the cause but it seemed like it was suddenly hitting on 1 cylinder and I got an engine light. Anywho, I showed up at the meeting in my cage and all my 3%ers started giving me shiot.

Cameron (aka Clown) and Alex (service manger) said they they would pick up my bike at my house tomorrow with the service truck. I live 30 miles from the dealer. (I have a 4runner and no trailer at the moment)
I met them during my lunch hour so they could get in my garage.

Thanks for the tactical ground support, You guys ROCK!

My 3%ers would never do such a thing, maybe you ought to have your's looked at. I hear SMHD&Buell have a great 3% program.

Hope they get it all sorted out before Sunday.
I'm (if all goes well) headed up Sunday morning, and spend the day in the mountains.

+1
Clown has gone above and beyond for me more times than I would like to admit!

Most recently he and a few service guys stayed at the shop past midnight bustin' ass to finalize my heart transplant so I was back on the road for March Badness.

Turns out Mr. Sunshine's bike was afflicted by one of the oldest Buell problems. His kick stand switch needed to be by-passed. He's already back in the saddle!

That happened to me when I was in N. Georgia about 2 months after I bought my Buell in 2000. I wouldn't have had a clue what was wrong unless I had read about it on the BadWeb.

Its the only time having a pocketknife ever saved me from a potential disaster.
