What is the procedure for resetting the TPS on a 1999 S3? What are the values that it is to be set to?

If it is similar to the procedure Al wrote then I have that, but still need the values to set it to.

There really isn't any worry about the value to set the TP to after you've done the reset procedure. The TP value of 5.1 specified in my procedure after you've done the true zero set is just a value that should let the bike start and idle (likely a tad low). The value you set the TP after the bike warms up is not a TP value at all, it's an idle tach value. 1050 RPM is the right value for that, tuber or XB.

Thanks... it is starting to make sense to me. Like learning a new subject in school.
