Wish I could make it, I love a good pig roast, & with Popa Chubby doing the sounds it should be a cracker.
Popa Chubby is big in France (yeah I know he's big where ever he happens to be, but you know what I mean)
You have a good one, I'll be up in Scotland with the family drinking scotch & eating haggis.

eric, what time are you getting down there? I have to be IN white plains on Saturday, and was thinking of riding down, but I was thinking on stopping in Danbury on the way home on Sunday.

Are you guys riding down Rt. 7? If so, about a mile and a half north of the single stop light in Kent, you'll pass a road called "Chase Hill Road". Beep your horns - that's where my mom lives!

Rt. 7 should be good this time of year. No stupid leaf-peepers, and the city people aren't up there in force yet because it's still relatively cool out. There are some really nice curves between Falls Village and Cornwall, along the Housatonic River. It's a really pretty area, and the road was just paved recently, so it's pretty smooth. Man, I envy you guys!
