SoCal riders: When riding around the west end of LAX, down Pershing Blvd., beware of cops hiding in the side streets. Pershing is broad, 3 lanes wide each way, almost no traffic, posted 55, and it feels very natural to creep up to 65 and above...

I couldn't believe the road that I worked when I was in Bryan was on there... pretty cool.. Bryan has only about 6000 ppl in it yet in made the list ; )

Man I wrote many a tickets on that road...

PS not really a speed trap it is residential and posted with 5 25 mph signs both ways along a 7-10 block stretch..

Usually didn't write until 42 mph or over..

hehehe, I live in a small town of 2000 ppl and one of our speed traps is listed, but there is no listings for another town within 45 miles, until you get to State College, home of PSU Nittany Lions.

I hope all my motorcycle riding brothers here in Daytona for Bike Week realize that Volusia county IS a speed trap. BEWARE!

Do not rev you bikes around the cops in Daytona, they will write you a ticket for it. Happens to both cruiser and sport riders up there.

I got flashed by a fixed camera that I forgot was there at 01:30 tues morning, in a truck heading for the docks to catch a ferry.
The company got the ticket in the mail wednesday!!
I was doing 84kmh in a 70 zone.
€45 fine but the law here is such that the firm aren't obliged to say who was driving, so we pay with a fiscal stamp & stay anonny.
Now thats what I call civilised.
