any of you folks use antivir? I can not get it to update. |

I prefer AVG, and like antivir it's free. http://free.grisoft.com My son was running antivir, and ran into the same problem, rather than figure it out I had him switch to AVG, it's much better IMHO |

I don't like anything to hog my PCs meager resources, so I don't use any sort of continual virus prevention. I just run ad-aware and trendmicro.com online virus scan periodically. |

One of the computer techies at work turned me onto AVG after my last crash. Along with zonealarm firewall, it seems to be working great. Like Glitch said: It is free! |
