I saw this quote on another site and couldn't help myself. This bike will be in the canadian dealer late Jan. 2006.

Thanks Riceman for the quote...

I always wondered what the "children" would look like if a Buell Firebolt slept with a Yamaha V-Max...I guess the world now knows the answer!

I believe the motor is based on the Warrior. A friend has a Warrior which I rode a couple times and it was a very nice bike but handled like your typical cruiser.

I think it will be a great machine and not too bad looking either.

Too much gimmich plastic all over the place on the bike. In person it looks OK but a bit cheesy with all the gizmos. Redline is 5500 so forget wailing on the thing and it weighs about 500+ lbs.

Interesting bike but that's about it. I haven't ridden it yet fwiw.

I like the looks of the M1, but a XB12 Lightning has more power and much less weight.

Ya know, I always wondered why they send you out of the store with your alcohol in a paper bag. I think I just put two and two together...

That thing is a pig!
It looks cool from the picture, but the videos I've seen make it look huge, or their rider is a very small rider.

No you're right Glitch, it is a big bike. I've seen it and the carbon clad tarted up one. The MT 05 concept version, I saw too, looked fabulous though. A right mean 1%er looking machine!!!

Regardless of the power output, 1670cc got to be tourquey.

I bet its very reliable too.

I'd say its the same kind of argument when the inline 4 sportbikers crap on our Buells.

I got no problem with the engine, or the look, it's just too big.
Is the MT05 the smaller one?
I seem to have read of another version of the MT01, is that the one?

Sorry Glitch, I meant MT OS. The MT 0S is a one off concept put together by a Dutch owned - German based design house, I forget their name for now, but Google it anyway.

The OS made lots of press after its debut at the Paris show last year. There's some stuff archived on the BadWeB too.

I still say it's too big, but I would like to see it fitted with a hotter version of Yamaha's new 1854cc motor. In the roadliner/stratoliner it puts over 110ft-lbs to the ground.

Oh it is big alright, but it suits it well. I agree too. Much more performance would be a good thing.
