i'm in the pool/spa business and shopping for a new hot tub line. there are several nice hot tub makes out there but only a few available to me, one of them being the BAJA hot tub, does anybody out there own a baja? if so, do you like it? think it's a good value? how would you rate the quality, etc. thank you in advance for the input! | ||

where do you live? close to arizona? I am in the market for a hot tub...there are several, coleman, jacuzzi, etc. who makes the hottubs that walmart sells on their website? | ||

i wish i did live in arizoni rex, i'd give you a great deal, but alas, i reside in the frigid northeast! i think they manufacture the baja in arizona. there are several good manufacturers out there i'm not sure what wal-mart sells but i would steer clear of anything from walmart/home depot etc. find a local dealer that has a proven track record, somebody who has been in the industry and has sold x amount of tubs from the same manufacturer for at least a few years. that way if you have any problems they can take care of them for you - if you buy from a discount house and have a problem, when you go to the store there won't be a single person there that knows a damb thing likely. coleman has a nice product but are unfortunately unavailable to me (dealer territories), jacuzzi were recently whores of the industry selling cheap product to whoever but i hear they have a few different lines now, i think the good ones are the maax series. i've always likes hot springs and coleman unfortunately i have a dealer of each within 30 miles of me  . | ||

Thanks for the update. Yep, Walmart has a good price on their web page, but that was my concern. No local rep, and you would be on your own. some good dealers in tucson with some good prices on the colemans. there is a home and garden show soon in phoenix, and there usually is a lot of tub booths there. will be checking them out. thanks REX | ||
