Hey Crusty...Did you get to the three stooges marathon at the Foxboro Theater on the common around the holidays? Every year...about 6 episodes on the big screen, mostly Curly's...been going for years! I guess that makes me a victim of circumstance, growing up in Foxboro!
Best ever Movie...nearly impossible to say...depends on the mood...so many already said that rate...how about the Wall by Pink Floyd?
Or Russel Crow and Joaquin Phoenix in Glad-He-Ate-Her...he he he

Tombstone. Also have to agree with Xlcr about Princess Bride. Every time either of those movies are on tv and I'm just flipping around the channels, can't help myself, I have to stop and end up watching.

Arthur starring Dudley Moore

East of Eden starring James Dean

Too many to list but those two are the ones that made me me laugh the most & cry the most errr... get a little misty eyed but it might have been allergies.

Team America World Police was outrageous. I thought it was funny as heck. You have to have a certain type of humor for it.

A lot already mentioned, including: Blade Runner, Matrix, Ronin, and Unforgiven. I would add the following to any action list (too many picks to include all categories):

Ran
Black Rain
A Fist Full of Dollars
For a Few Dollars More
Highlander
Sea of Love
The Thomas Crown Affair
Platoon
Rob Roy
Vanilla Sky

Too many more to include. Makes me realize I have spent too much time watching movies.

Any of the George A Romero Dead series
The Usual Suspects (Kaiser Sose lives!)
Seven
Alien and Aliens (the rest of the series was a little flat)
The Terminator trilogy
Jeez...I could ramble on and on. I just love a good story that is well done.

Jeez! How'd I miss Big Trouble in Little China?! Just watched it again the other day. One of my favorite John Carpenter flicks.

"It's all in the reflexes!"

So while I'm at it...just about any John Carpenter move!
