I hate Okra too, but I hate Jerry Springer more.

I'll give mine a 8 I didn't get as much riding in as I'dve liked due to house rebuilding commitments.

But I DID ;

Ride the Dragon a dozen times,

Go to Homecoming,

Meet some real nice people, & made some good friends, y'all know who you are.

So all in all a good biking year.

Next year's going to be even better!

1) I'm alive at the end of the year. (Any day above ground and vertical...)
2) I'm employed.
3) Live in New York, straight roads.
4) Buell ain't broke
5) Met another BadWebber (Pete In Dakar)

Besides reading about and missing the people and roads of TWO, missing my buds in KC, and the lack of road trip time, the year has to be rated a 10. (refer to line 1)

Tripper- Speak for yourself with the "Live in New York, straight roads" mumbo jumbo.
They may be straight 6 hours away where you are, but in Eastern NY they're as straight as Liberace.

Gotta be way up there with Daytona, the Spring biker reunion tour to the Ozarks, and then Laguna Seca and MotoGP, meeting all the great folks out in Cali, finally meeting in person the FB man himself, all the hooligans at the infamous Luv Shack. I will hit the track next year though, and get back to racing again.

11+ for me, and I'm thankful. The March Badness was great fun and tons of great riding. In April I got hired to motor-marshal the Tour De Georgia. Good pay, free bikes (Aprilia and Moto Guzzi demo fleet), CLOSED and SWEPT roads, cops working with us; a week of great riding and fun. The rest of the year had lots of great riding with U4euh and some other buds. A couple of other mountain trips and a coastal tour with my son. I ain't complaining.

It has been one year to the day (Dec.1 '04) that I bought my '99 M2 Cyclone. I would rate the whole experience a 10. A trip into the Colorado Rockies was fun with my youngest Son along on His Sporty "Sport" The bike is comfortable as a sport tourer with a small windshield and something to lay on top of the tank. TT

Well, this was my first year with a Buell (XB9SX) and I can honestly say it was one of the greatest years of my life! I have put over 8,500 miles on her this year and have gone on several trips. The Top 3 things this year:

1. Riding with FB and Co. on the FBRAT excursion. (Labor Day Weekend)
2. Going out to Colorado and riding the rockies from sun up to sun down two days in a row. (4th of July Week)
3. Thursday and Friday night rides with KC's Least Wanted. (6-12 Buells roaring around KC turning heads!)

What a GREAT year. 10!

For my initial year of riding, I will give it an 9.

Bought XB12R in May - Hollister in July, bit part in FBRAT, and enjoyed the hell out of all the people involved in Octoberfast!

Thanks for the memories folks.

To do - Moto GP at Laguna, and track day probably at Willow Springs some time.

Did not have much of a riding season, moved to Phoenix from Wisconsin in May. Postponed transporting the bike out here, but then my girlfriend surprised me and had it shipped out here a couple of weeks ago. Long time without the bike, but I would rate the riding I have had as an 8 of 10. It's just nice to have a Buell and it's good to be alive. Looking forward to meeting up for some rides in the future.
