I enjoyed Thanksgiving yesterday, but in doing so I did not over-indulge. I calculated, I cooled it, I ate moderate portions. And that after I worked out. Dessert? Small is the word.

I AM THE VICTOR!!!!!

I pigged; ate all within reach. drank to excess. Rode the pedal bike 60 miles each day. Tomorrow...eat and ride another 60. Love this time of year!

Lucky dog,I was sick as a dog weds--which was my families thanksgiving, ate about 3 bites, had not a single beer, and all day thursday which was thanksgiving at the firehouse.Managed to eat a bit more but lay comatose in chair alternately sweating and freezing.Had to go in as I could not see having one of my co-workers getting held when I know they all had plans.Good thing it was a really slow shift. At least today I was able to actually enjoy the taste of a turkey sandwich.Hope everyone elses t-day was better.

Way to hang tough. Sorry you were sick, though. I got sick Sunday last and am still so, but only slightly. It's going around.

I did great in the moderation plan until it was time for left-overs at the in-laws Thanksgiving celebration yesterday evening. I like meat, I savor meat, I could easily survive as a carnivor. There was all this meat. Turkey, chicken, beef, two kinds of sausage... It was the sausage that seduced me into over-eating. I wasn't in pain or anything, but Fireman, I took up for you where you were unable to go.

I really enjoy food, almost any kind of food, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, you name it, I like it. But there just isn't anything that can beat a good old American holiday feast. Turkey with dressing and giblet gravy...

I'm there. And to think there was a time I thought I'd be a skinny bean pole all my life.

Heck, I'd like a Road King anyway.

Gotta get a garage first though. : )

Yeah Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving a month earlier. Of course it's because the hardvest season is shorter. But really (in a whiney voice)...Stop copying uuuusssssss!

Rubberdown, I need to ride more, but time is fleeting. I admit that I am a stationary trainer biker these days.
