Misato, I'm sorry to hear that you and your family are going through this. I go to Cabo every year. It's a beautiful place and I have never heard of this happening.
I dunno if you are now getting the help you need with this or not, but as you might know, Sammy Hagar owns the CaboWabo Cantina and all of his fans use www.redrocker.com and a forum there to talk about upcoming events and what not.
I dunno if it would be worth you posting your story over there or not. Maybe find a regular or local on there that might be able to help you out.
I'll be checking this thread for updates though. I hope that jackazz gets EVERYTHING he deserves.

I can't help you with the lottery, but I would certainly throw a little bit yours/her way for christmas. I know you will be fine anyway, but I'd like to feel like I was able to help in at least some small way for what she and you are going through and to help pay for whatever it takes to see that guy held accountable.
Do you have paypal? If a couple thousand people each gave a couple bucks... |

yeah. every little bit helps. I've been posting on other forums too to try and make other women aware of what can happen even with tons of people 15 feet away.
I've borrowed as much as I could from my parents, her parents, and family. its already a difficult time of the year for anyone having extra cash around.
I'm working on setting up a website with all the story and update it as I get updates.
I wonder if www.rapeincabo.com is taken..?
I hate having to ask friends/family for money, let alone strangers. it just doesn't feel right to me for some reason.
someday I hope I can return the kindness of people on this board and other cycle forums.

Wow...bad situation. Been through something similar myself many years ago. I found out where the guy lived, bought a gun, and began to watch his house. I followed him a few times while he was out on bail. I seriously considered killing him.
The guy impersonated a police officer, stopped, and raped several women. He jumped my girlfriend in a laundry room. She broke his thumb and got away. The cops and DA are especially hard on guys pretending to be cops and he went down hard.
Hopefully this gives me enough cred to pass on some advice....
I think you might consider availing yourself of some counseling. I'm not sure the legal proceedings, regardless of their outcome, is going to quench your rage and it may begin to express itself in other ways.
