I am not purchasing a bike this year, but I am going to ride up to Iron Mountain to meet Daves and the group of Uly riders. Anyone else interested in meeting up and riding up there for the weekend? I will be leaving Friday morning from southeastern Michigan and riding up there and coming back on Sunday. | ||

if your coming from southeastern michigan you'll be heading up 75 eventually. i'm in the charlevoix-petoskey area. if you have time i know of a few roads that would be sacraligous to miss. if you don't have time for that i could at least meet you for dinner or just tag along on your ride for a few miles. when will you be hitting this area? depending on when you get to this area i could ride with you from the gaylord area on up past the bridge. if any of this sounds interesting to you go ahead and shoot me an email. here's my work email, thats the best way to get in touch with me. grimmj@charlevoixcounty.org | ||

Hay taxman.. i know what you mean.. my cottage is between Bellaire and Central Lake... Roads are nice up there, especially around the lakes... Torch Lake dr.. etc. I will give ya a holla when we get the details down. | ||

They probably do float but not with my fat but on it. I will attempt to keep up once we are up there but no promises. I work with a guy that grew up in the UP so he is going to give me some routes up there that are nice riding. Dont have any details planed out yet taxman but one of us will let you know. I will probably post the route and expected times here once they are figured out. Blackbelt I think it would be a little to cold to take a swim, but we could stop there. | ||

I'm in, but you will have to drive slow enough for me to keep up on my Sporty! My youngest will just(hopefully) have his endorsement that weekend. | ||
