Author Message   Essthreetee Posted on Tuesday, October 25, 2005 - 11:55 pm:        My wife told me today that she booked a vacation with NO KIDS for the day after Christmas...she told me so I wouldn't buy her any presents (already spent the $$$ on the trip) Anyone have any good tips/suggestions/places to go/things to see that a married couple should do???? I've supposedly "set it stone" things that I was gonna do, and then get completely sucked into something else :c) Vegas just has that effect - and that's why I love it... Plenty of clubs around if she like's to dance. MGM almost always has an Elvis Impersonator show for free. I always like to have a breakfast of pizza and beer in the 'Brooklyn' section of New York, New York after a night of drinking.   Buelluk Posted on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 - 10:10 am:        I second the Cirque du Soleil recommendation. When you want to get out of Vegas go for a ride/drive around the Red Rocks canyon , its about 20 miles or so , or go to the Hoover dam. Also, if you like authentic Hawaiian food, check into the buffet at Texas Station (Certain nights). Really good. You see where my mind is... I'm hungry
