I decided at the last minute to go out for a ride today. I put over 100 miles on the blast all backroads just enjoying the weather. Hopefully it lasts for a few more weeks. Spidey sorry I didnt call about the ride, it was a last minute decision and I left about 10 this morning. I got lost a few times not paying attention to road names but it was fun finding my way.

On Sat 01 Oct went for a pre leaf peeping tour. Went with a group of UBM people. I left here in Lincolnville Maine up rt 1 north to Ellesworth Maine to meet the rest of the group. They did not say where we were going just Down east. Continued north on Rt 1 until Rt 182 east. Got back on rt1 in Harrington and continued east to Machias. Stopped for a late lunch then back on the road. North to Westly on rt 192. Then to rt9 west. Went as far as Amherst then on to rt 181 south and back to Ellesworth. I then went south on Rt1 back to Lincolnville all and all about 250+ miles. I am a little sore today but the bike performed flawlessly. The leaves are just beginning to change. The temp was perfect. I dont think we are going to have many more days like this. I will keep riding until it gets too cold.
