I'm selling my XB9 to get an SS. I hope I'm not making a mistake. I love this bike. Check out my ad in the classifieds for details:

DEFINITELY....I traded my XB12R with DaveS for an Ss. If you can swing it, by a D&D and a Race ECM, power out the whazzu, I have had a smile for the last eight hunnert miles on that bike}

I dunno. I will probably be taking tickets at the door but you get a stamp on your hand too...... We hired SWAT last year just in case of gang problems, so you might get shot slipping in.... lol. I'll see what the promoter says.

I might have to keep it under a hundred for the first 50 miles or so to break it in right. After that I'll be able to keep up with you guys.

Cochise - Sadly, no. I'm one of those fools that believes in breaking in an engine like you're going to ride it.

I did that with my XB12R, next day the dealership was picking it up and taking it back to fix it, but I've heard success stories, my problem was, I got stuck in traffic and it overheated too much.

Cochise - Well, I picked up the new SS today. I was able to keep it under 100 for the first 50 miles, although I did hit 90 at one point. The stock muffler is so quiet I didn't notice how fast I was going when I passed a car. I can actually hear the fan running! LOL. Drummer's coming next week.
