I stripped my clamp that holds the muffler to the header. Is this still available from Buell?

Of course they're available from Buell. Also any muffler clamp close to that OD will work. Check out NAPA or Autozone [2.5" ID]. Also if you're really cheap a stainless hose clamp will do in a pinch.

Ye seek Buell P/N S0127.G (CLAMP, muffler (2-1/2 inch) - torca)

Any Buell dealer should have them in stock. If your's doesn't contact a dealer like Dave Steueve, and he'll get it to you quicker than greased Lighting (Buell parts nomenclature)
