Getting my M2 ready to sell and would like to eliminate the pulsing in the front brake before offering to buyers. If I need a new rotor and or pads what is the best combo currently available?

Starting analysis of all components later today.

Pads and rotor require replacement. Considering EBC MD719RS rotor, contacted EBC for pad recommendation considering sintered, semi-sintered, or organic. Also looking at Lyndall 7202-gplus.
