Can anyone tell me what the orange wire next to fuel filter is? Labeled 50c 300v FT2 LL45002

Per my '01 X-1 wiring diagram ( yours may not be the same ) the orange wire runs from the instrument fuse to the instrument panel, and 'feeds' the neutral light and oil pressure light, and the tachometer.

If the neutral light and oil pressure light work as they should, then I suspect the wire has escaped from the harness, and just needs to be tidied up.
