Have you tried putting some Marvel Mystery Oil in it?

Just curious, the bikes oil circuit is designed to run 20w50 or 10w40, why are you running straight 50?

If you put mixed viscosity oil back in it does the problem go away?

Could be that without the thinner oil splashing around to coat certain parts that the thicker weight stuff isn’t getting to and what you’re hearing is those items starting to wear as everything heats up and wears off what oil is on them.
