It doesn't look like American Sport Bike carries Buell parts any more.

Does anyone know where one could find rebuild kits for Buells - specifically the six pot front caliper for a Buell S3?

American Sport Bike has been gone for 3 years or more now. I bought my caliper rebuild kits from New Castle HD in New Castle PA. You can also get them from St Paul HD in St Paul MN. Both of those dealers are still supportive of Buell motorcycles and Buell owners in general.
