I have a S1 lightning with a Barnett scorpion clutch.
I need to remove the pressure plate to access the senter-nut.
But when I then try and loosen the nut it only spins the hub..
how can i lock the hub to the clutch-house??

If its a Scorpion clutch you have to equally loosen the 6 bolts with springs under them to remove the pressure plate, and buy the tool to lock the inner hub to the outer hub. It looks similar to this one.
