Goal: to have 2 Hi-Beams or a brighter low beam(yes I have already removed the spoon).

Question: If I order a High-beam housing, would this make the low-beam brighter? Is there paint that I could spray on to get the same reflectiveness?

Reasoning: My low beam is too low. I would like for it to be brighter or even the same as the high beam. From what I've read; the bulbs are the same, the glass lenses are the same. So the difference must be the housing, right?

The pictures below show the Hi-beam casing is very reflective while the low beam casing is dull. Is this the difference?

high
