Just got a 1125cr and want to change out the stock clubman bars on it. looking at more upright/tracker type bars. Will I need to change out the brake line, clutch, and wires? If so, what length? any help would be great.

You do need to change a bit. Brake line, clutch line, throttle cables. The switches are fine. Buell sells an upright handlebar kit with everything you need (except brake fluid).

I manufactured a new upper triple tree for my 01 Buell Cyclone. It now has 1/2" holes with a 3.5' bolt hole pattern so I can run Harley style handlebars. I realize this is much more then most Buellers who aren't machinists can do. So now I'm running 5" straight risers and drag bars. I didn't have to change any cables or extend my wiring. I looked at pix of the 1125CR and the ones I saw had a tracker style handlebar on them not a clubman. But quite often when going to a higher handlebar it's necessary install longer clutch cables, longer brake lines and extend your control wiring [the easiest part of this job]. A word of advice if you have to extend wiring: solder them together, don't use crimp connectors!

Thanks again for the info. Froggy, I went to the St. Paul address and that kit is perfect for what I think I want to do. Do you know if Buell ever made a riser lower handlebar block to even get a little more height out of the bars?

No, I've seen that made aftermarket for the XBs but never the 1125s.

On the CR, the gauge cluster is attached to the handlebar clamp, so that could make a riser not practical.
