Where do you guys buy gloves? I'm looking for some adventure sport gloves but can't find anywhere to try them on I'm worried if I order from the interweb I'll have 3 pairs that don't fit. Thanks | ||

I've been wearing Lee Parks Deer Sports the past few years. I've had Helds, Buell branded gloves, a few of the Icon/CycleGear/whatever brands, Aerostich Elkslins and I've found the Lee Parks to wear the best, be the most comfortable and are well built. I have the shorty / winter version of those same lee park gloves. When I first got them in hand, I thought "geesh, these were really expensive for what looks a lot like a soft gardening glove". But now, several years later, they are wearing really well and fitting very nicely and my favorite glove. The original Buell "puck" gloves were actually a little more comfortable, I loved those, but they would wear out in a season and I doubt they would have done much for me in a real crash. These deer sports don't look like much, but based on how well they are wearing, they must be a lot tougher than they feel. | ||

I think Lee Parks makes them all custom also, and includes measurement information, so you can get them custom for your hands. | ||

The Deer Parks are also advertised as washable, which I like. At the end of each riding season, I put these on in a pan of Woolite, knead them around, flip them inside out, knead more, rinse well and allow for a slow dry. A light coating of leather treatment and a few weeks to sit, they're like new again. |
