Sunday my bike started to randomly run lean (Race ECU... I have an AFR gauge to keep an eye on things). I haven't notice any sure fire trigger for it to happen. Anyone have any thoughts on what may cause this?

That's what it sounds like. When the lean condition is present, you can use some WD-40 to spray around the seal to see if idle speed changes.
