Hey guys, Working on intake leak, found the screw holding the throttle body to the coil bracket was cross threaded and half out. I think the part of the bracket that sits against the throttle body should be 90 degrees but I'm not sure. Mine is off, guessing whoever cross threaded it bent it but want to be sure before bending it back. Cheers!! Rob O  | ||

Don't recall, but there isn't much clearance between the coil and the frame when it is right. How did the coil fit when you pulled it? | ||

Coil was fine. The main portion of the bracket that bolts to the head is fine, it's just the bit that supports the throttle body that I think may be wrong. Thinking about it another way, if the throttle body is supposed to be dead vertical then my bracket is bent and needs to be fixed. |
