Update happens when giving it the gas hard in first gear use the clutch to get thru the hesitation. I'M going to check the non iridium plugs later when the bike is cold.I live in Florida and its hot high 90's deg I'm thinking the bike is running rich because of the heat.

Checked plugs, front looked fouled compare to rear plug.R&R both both plugs. The bike didn't missed on hard acceleration. After about 20 minutes, I got a missed and the bike felt more sluggish.Tomorrow I'm going to R&R the coil pack with another.I'm thinking the coil is starting to fail and its noticeable when hot???

update #4)R&R coil pack same symptoms,no codes,I did see a slight nick in the O2 sensor wire where the fan has chafe/nicked it.I will R&R with another of the spares I have. When filling up with gas I did smell a slight electrical burnt smell couldn't detect if it was from bike after sniff testing close and around the bike?

I'm wrong when I mentioned above that hot outside air temp causing the EFI to run rich. The following sending feed back to the ECM altitude, inlet air temp sensor ,O2 sensor open or close loop, TPS , engine temp sensor , VSS, CPS and the fuel injectors.depending on the sensor feed back will cause rich or lean conditions.

Long shot but plug wire or wires. Heat is really hard on them.

Oh another one would be to check the battery voltage before and after (hot/cold) the problem for charging/voltage issues. Check it at the battery. 12+ at rest of course and 13.8-14.5 running. Low voltage can really cause problems. Also check for voltage fluctuations while running. Heat/cold should not cause to much varance.

OK checked the plug wires and battery as mention above checks were good.As mention above I R&R the O2 sensor with a Bosch 12014 after market at O'Reillys' auto parts for $18.00.The old one not only had a slight nick in the signal wire the wire had been crushed /flattened in one area??? Reset adaptive fuel value, reset tps let Idle for 10 minutes to learn idle went for a 14 Mile trip and started from a dead stop power on's after 25 miles All is really good at this time nominal performance. Will do some more test rides before calling it a go!

IT's A GO, The bike is responding very good to hard throttle and normal throttle. Faulty O2 sensor was culprit of the no backfire hesitation.
