I purchased this bike used and took the muffler off of it to check the packing and found out that the can was totally empty, just and end cap. This muffler from Buell racing appears to be the same as a Supertrapp with internal disc. Does anyone know how this is assembled? Can I install disc into it? What do they attach to?

They are one in the same.
Al at American Sport Bike has packing kits and disc's.
There are 4 allan head button head bolts that hold the end cap in place. The core is still available from Supertrapp.
