Started sprucing up my bike so it is ready for spring. Put new turn signals on yesterday and noticed there is a plastic body part on the left side that is floppy. Looked through my service manual and I cannot find a reference to it. So, I need the name of the part and some info on how to keep it from flapping. It is a black piece just below tank on the left side. See the pic. I tried to outline in blue with the arrow pointing at it.
Name the part!

I don't know the official name, but it is the air intake scoop. I'll check my bike out but I believe floppiness is normal.
