Turn key to the on position, push kill switch to the on position, oil light-high beam light-and neutral light come on. Push the start button, nothing. When pushing the kill switch to on you do hear the relay click once.
bike has been running great. Checked all fuses good. grounds under seat look good. help.

I'd start with a charge and load test of the battery.

Battery only about 6 months old, stays on a trickle charger. How do you do a load test?

changed relays. nothing. Unplugged EBR ECM to hook up stock ECM. Plugged in stock ECM, problem solved. Unplugged stock ECM and plugged back into EBR ECM and all is still good. Guess the old girl just needed alittle attention.

Next time it does it (if it does it again), sweep the bars to a few different positions and try hitting the starter button again.

To find out one of the wires in the wire bundle around your steering head where it goes under the frame is internally cracked.

Takes a little time to disect the bundle and find and repair the broken wire, but not a big deal.
