I can't find a manual for the 04 but I can find ones for 05 and 06. Would these work fine? I'm guessing 04-07 are the same? Just bought my xb 2 weeks ago and would love to find the manuals. Thanks.

At least one difference is the target engine temperature when adjusting the idle speed after a TPS reset.
For 2004 models, it is 285F (140C), not 320F.

The front forks are different from 04 to 05, but that is the biggest difference.

American Sport Bike has the manual for your bike.
