Hi at all,

this is my first Thread in this forum. I never had any problems with my S1 cause of my good dealers. Now i have a detroyed basket shell. So I need a complete new basket. I made the decision to buy a complete Barnett Clutch cause of the very high prices of the original parts here in Germany.

The problem now is that Barnett told me that the "Clutch Baskets- 72T Part# 321-30-56072" fits to the Buell S1. My dealer now sent my a mail that it won't fit because the Original Buell Basket has 77 Teethes and not 72? Is this right?

Do somebody know any other aftermarket producer of clutch shells (basket)

Thx in advance

Olman

Olman,
Welcome to BadWeb!
If you can't find a replacement aftermarket part remember that the clutch is just a standard Sportster XL clutch.
Just about any year from 1995 - 2002 will work. It may go back as far as 1992 or 93.
Check Germany's version of Craigslist or Ebay.
