what is the easiest way to lower a cyclone for a shorter peson?

The seat is the easiest. If you need to go lower which you most likely will. Then you need the M2L rear shock, front tubes, and kick stand. It would be easier to try the seat and that is only an inch or so. If not workable with that then sell or trade to an M2L.

If you have a rear shock absorber with adjustable ride-height, that would be another easy place. If the rear can be lowered, perhaps the fork legs can be moved up a smidgen in the triple clamps?
