My 01 S3T started making a strange squeaking noise the other day. I can't pin point where exactly its coming from or what it could be. Any input, ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated. You can hear it more towards the end of the video. Bike supposedly has 15k on it.

How are the oil levels? Have you checked for anything amiss inside the primary case?

At this point you don't know if the squeak is coming from the engine or loose bodywork. With any broken body pieces, there might be some body parts squeaking from vibration. I'd try banging on some part of the frame with a fist to see if that vibration causes the squeak.
