I recently serviced the forks on my '08 XB12Ss and my buddy was saying that the multiple alignment lines on the tops of the forks were position you can use to adjust ride comfort. All the way down for aggressive street/track handling and higher for better touring comfort. Is this true? Has anyone adjusted their fork position to the top adjustment line before? I noticed that if aligned to the top line the stopper ring becomes exposed.
