My 03 XB9 has repeatedly broke the front exhaust studs and has broken the header even this time. I cannot figure why they keep breaking or what I should do to help prevent this from reoccurring.

Anything different from stock? Are you sure that front hanger bolt is in place and working (the bolt that secures the front strap of the exhaust can to the bottom front of the motor)?

Are your motor mounts in good shape?
