So I had a few scratches/scrapes on my swing arm. Ordered the buell graphite grey touch up paint (MO310.1AAYBP). I could probably make it work on the passenger peg arms, but the the swing arm isn't even close. Anyone else have this issue or know of a better rattle can match?

Maybe you need to shake the can a lot longer to thoroughly mix up the paint pigment that's likely formed a sludge at the bottom on the can especially if it's been stored for xx years?

Definitely gave her a good shaking before spraying. American Sport Bike's theory was that the frame and the swingarm are made by two different vendors and its likely that they’re being processed by two different powdercoating companies. How much is put on, and what temp it is baked on at, can affect the final post cured color. Guess i'll just spray the whole swing arm.
