Hey Guys can anyone help me with this Problem? my 2010 Uly is sometimes misfiring at Cruising Speed/light Throttle, when it does this the the Engine Light comes on. This just started happening and my Bike has only 9,000 Miles on it. I did a Code Search and came up with #18 (front and rear adaptive fuel differential to large) Anyone else have this Problem, or know what it could be? Also had other Codes #37 and #43 both for the Speed Sensor but do not think that has anything to do with the Running Problems? any Idea's? Thanks. Mike |

I had this same issue. Ran diagnostics and didn't get a code; however, I found several other threads similar to the issue described in the big bad and dirty forum and decided I needed to relocate the ECM using procedures listed in various places on that forum. I have an 07, which as I understand is notorious for having seat rub and compression against the ECM. Make sure your plugs in front of the ECM are in tight and that there hasn't been any breakage or strippage of wires/connectors, and look along the tops of the plug sites for hairline cracks. After relocating my ECM I have not had the issue you are describing since. Hope this helps! |
