My Step-dad has been having this ongoing issue with his new Buell Firebolt XB9R not starting after its been turned off regularly, have changed the starter relays but same issue, would anyone be able to shed any light on this please?

Is it not turning over? Could be a faulty stop switch. Take a test light hook it to ground and to the small wire on the starter. Not the big post, when you hit the starter button it should light. If not move to the relay. One pin is from the starter button. check for power there. If none you could have a stop switch or side stand switch problem. Hope that helps
