My 2010 Uly needed front Brake Pads and got EBC FA158HH Brake Pads. I Changed the Brake Pads with out any Problems. I did not Bleed the Brakes when I changed them and should not have had any Air in the Lines. I had no Problems until I put on new Handlebars and then a Day Later after the Bike Sat for a Day I Rode the Bike about a Mile and Brakes applied unit the Bike could not be Ridden or Moved. I then Bleeded the Brake Line which worked but happened again is happening again and again. I now changed out my Master Cylinder and took apart the Caliper and Cleaned and inspected everything and everything looked good. I reassembled everything and used new Dot4 Fluid, I then Bleeded Brake with a Vacuum Pump and by Hand and I am still having this Problem. What is Happening is from the Heat of applying the Front Brake it is causing the Caliper Pistons to expand and applying the Brakes. Has anyone ever experienced this Problem? or know what is the Problem and what to do?

You didn't change the brake lever when you replaced the handlebars did you?
There have been several people report the same symptom with replacement levers that prevent the master cylinder piston from fully returning.

It certainly sounds like the bleed port isn't coming uncovered in the master cylinder. That is the normal behavior when that is the case.
However, EBC FA158HH are not the correct pads for that caliper. Not sure where you got that number, but it's wrong. It should be FA345HH. If the pad shape isn't letting the pads retract, it could create a lot of heat in the fluid which might cause it. But it seems that the bleed port would still need to be covered to not let that heat/pressure dissipate to the master cylinder reservoir.

Hi Al I got the Pads on Ebay which were advertised for the Lightning/Firebolt. I also changed out the Master Cylinder which someone else thought that it mite be the Problem. I Bled the Brakes again Today and did not get any Air Bubbles out. I think if it does it again then its got to be the Pads and I will install my old Pads if it does do it again and then see what happens. Thanks Al.

Ray I am using the Stock Lever so that is not the Problem either.

Thanks again Guys.

Mike
