So I bought my buell blast love it but something is defentley Wrong cuz I'm only getting 88 miles per tank pleas help

id suggest checking for fuel leaks first, then a basic tune up.(plugs, wires) Mine was averaging around 60-70mpg going easy on it, and about 170mi a tank.

I originally read 88 MPG not per tank! Sorry about that, I wasn't properly caffinated yet.

Ditto what Brett said, we get at least 60 MPG with our Blast.

Something is REALLY wrong here. Check your spark plug to see if it's black.
If you don't find any external leaks it has to be going through the motor.

One thing I just thought about, I've seen these carbs leak by the auto enricher. Might want to check there too.

I'm going to start with a tune up like you guys said but what plugs do you guys run NGK and if so what plug number?

And I don't know if you guys live around the San Diego are but all the shops keep telling me NO they won't work on a buell

DCPR9EIX is the pn you should use, and about the dealers youre better off using this forum and the factory service manual to save yourself the $$$$$
