I have a 2003 buell xb9r

I recently replaced the clutch, and since then I have put about 1,000 miles on the bike. Today I was riding up the freeway when my bike lost power. I still had RPMs but no power to the wheel.I pulled my clutch lever and there was still tension, then tried to shift and my shift lever had seized and would not shift down from 5th. I coasted off the freeway took off my inspection cover smelled to see if it smelt like burnt clutch and it didn't, although it was a bit low on oil. everything else still looked good. When I got home, I put oil in it put it up on the pitbull stand and started it. It was rattling a lot so I stopped and took off the whole case. Everything seems to look fine. I took everything apart inspected it and put it back together. I still can't shift, even with everything disassembled. when the bike is off, it acts as if it's in gear, and I am unable to move the rear tire. Once I start it up the tire doesn't move it just sits there as if the clutch were engaged or it was in neutral. When I try to shift with the bike on, it rattles really loud, as if I was trying to shift down when I'm going too fast.(like a grinding more than a rattle)
