Guys, I need e-mail or telephone numbers ( HD or Buell customer service)where I can file complain against dealer. My let's call him ½dealer½ is only one in Croatia, and they really freak me out today. Three days ago my parked bike fell down hit by the car and suffer few scratches, so to file the claim to insurance company I need estimated damage. I am calling them three days to get prices and fourth day guy told me that they don't have micro film to get parts number so if I can get those numbers they will estimate labour and parts cost. I can not believe this. Not to mention that this bike over here cost around $ 20 000 and they haven't offer me cup of coffee when I came for first service. When you mention their name here in Croatia everyone laughs and other guys have problems as well with their way of management. I don't think that Erik Buell would like this or anyone from HD Company. They could sell much more bikes but with this way of management no one wants this kind of problems and headache. | ||

Guys thanks for support!!! R1DynaSquid - Erik's e-mail would be just great  .Please forward it to me on dubandit600@yahoo.com . Will let you know results. This  should be erased as HD Company official dealers. P.S.Dave, exhaust sounds just great not to mention performance. Anyhow will mail you next week with list. I will be back in PC mid of September and then I will order necessary parts. This cosmetic damage makes me feel sad but still I can ride. Thanks again and regards from Dubrovnik | ||

Solvable problem. The e-mail you would want is "dealer relations" and that will be a Harley-Davidson address. HINT: you are better served to write a letter and mail it to 3700 Juneau. To the best of my knowledge, Buell parts are on on microfiche, they are in a nifty book. That could be wrong in Croatia. Any of the dealers here can get the parts for you promptly.
