I'm working on getting the manual but does anyone know the specs for the belt?

Which bike is this for? Your profile says you have a Blast, the Blast does not have a belt tensioner, and does not need any adjustment. Install and enjoy. The same applies for the XB and 1125 models, but they do have a non-adjustable tensioner. The old tube frame models required manual belt tension adjustment, but in general it is recommended to leave it on the loose side to maximize belt life.
