I have the American Sportbike Catch Can installed on my xb12xt.

I recieved the Palmer Products Highway Pegs and realized the catch can is in the way of one of the mounting locations for the pegs.

Has anyone figured out a solution to get the highway pegs to mount with the american sportbike catch-can?

Thanks for any help

Am I going to need to just get rid of the catch can and run the re-breather bypass down the bike to drain to the ground?

It makes me a little nervous thinking about a water/sludge mix dripping onto the pavement potentialy in front of the rear tire...

Is the amount that would come out of the bypass not enough to be concerned about?

I dont like the idea of putting a filter on the end of it...

Any thoughts or ideas?

What about running the bypass into the exhaust?

I have heard that suggestion somewhere on this site.

Neat catch can. Maybe just mount it elsewhere? I'd look at alternative places to mount it before I'd get rid of it if you like it. You can even extend the drain outlet if you have to. You could mount it back by the foot peg bracket or something if you wanted to.

Or I'll buy it. : )

Thats a good idea Sticks.

I will check alternative mounting locations for the catch can... it just looks so right on the oil cooler.
