There are a couple options when dealing with the O2 sensor.

You should be able to monitor your O2 voltage in ECMSpy to see if it is jumping around a bit too much.

Have a look at your logs and take note of the hi/low voltage of the O2 sensor.
Find the median of that and set your bikes midpoint to that number.
Make the same amount of change on the O2 sensor lean and rich settings.

OR
Disable it on the diagnostics tabs of ECMSpy.

If I disable the O2, then it will function like a carbed bike, right? Fuel and spark would be a function of TPS and RPM, correct?

Only in the learning areas of the map.

You still have ETS and IAT(if the x1 has it) that will effect fuel maps.

This is only for troubleshooting or temporary fix.

Don't worry about your O2 sensor, it runs fine, I checked it out in the logs that you sent me.

Before throwing away good parts blindly. Maybe your issue could be due to a poor calibration of throttle shaft or not, I don't know..........Your problem just might go away, but I could be wrong on that. Just my opinion. Hard to diagnose a bike over the internet.

You said that "recently broken throttle shaft in CENTRAL TEXAS HARLEY while trying to do a TPS reset after replacing the cam sensor, cam sensor...and such.............

You should follow the step by step X1 service manual for replacement of fuel pump regulator and while you're there change the fuel pump filter.

Do you know where I can get P0166.K?

I suspect a combination of problems telling the ECM via the O2 that the mix is rich. I will be replacing ALL the o-rings and seals in the fuel system as soon as I can get them (seeking the right sizes/p#'s) and will buy a fuel pressure tester to do more extensive testing. I think that my 'fix' on the pressure regulator may have made things worse. I'm leaning toward the pop-off valve not opening as it should, which is overpressurizing the fuel system. I believe that is what caused it's seals to fail. Since I tried to reseal it, I feel like the injector seals are now leaking.

BuellisticX1's map for my stock ECM is AWESOME when the AFV is at 100. Hopefully soon I can solve the riddle of the low AFV and get some real riding in before it gets too hot around here to enjoy it.

O-RING, INLET, FUEL INJECTOR P/N 27337-99Y, I guess it is updated to P/N P0028.02A8.

O-RING, OUTLET, FUEL INJECTOR P/N 27338-99Y, I guess it is updated for the new part P0029.02A8, but I'm not sure.

While you're there, I recommend that you replace the intake manifold seals by a James Intake manifold seals blue ( thicker), Used a problem solver.

It is easy to do yourself with service manual.

Something else I would consider Freeze...

Go to your favorite Outdoor Power Equipment dealer and order an Ethanol Tester from them.

Cost less than $10. and will tell you the REAL amount of ethanol your gas supplier has in their fuel.

Briggs and Stratton sells one
Kohler sells one too.

Hadn't thought of that, though not much of a concern here. Seasonal blends don't change much. Have there been problems with fuels over 10% Ethanol?

Fuel blends these days can vary. Depends on the blender.

All ethanol is shipped truck only to the terminals, then mixed.

For $10 it's good info to know/track over a period of time and with one/multiple supplier(s).

For me, I'm always looking for ways to explain WHY things happen. Ethanol pushers, pardon me, ethanol producers are trying to change the current regulations in their favor (don't you love lobbyists), eg; more ethanol in our gasoline. All subsidies by you and me for their gain, our loss.

I've never seen fuel cutoff on decel checked before. You would lose any engine braking if no fuel was being delivered on decel.

It's only the BUEGC stock firmware that doesn't allow you to disable the O2 sensor. The BUEJA race firmware allows it.

Your only option with the BUEGC firmware would be to unplug the O2 sensor and ignore the CEL.

'Fuel Cutoff in Decel' wasn't checked on the Race ECM. Wouldn't I get MORE engine braking with the fuel cut off?

How long should it take for the fuel pressure to leak down (if at all)?

Yea I was wrong on the Fuel Cutoff Decel and engine braking.

The fuel pressure shouldn't leak down. You should have to manually relieve it.

Well, the pressure leaks down all the way after about an hour. So... all those seals and regulator I ordered SHOULD fix that or indicate that ther is an injector/s leaking.

So what should/should not be checked?

This is what I found on checking for leaking injectors.

a. Turn key ON for two seconds.
b. Turn key OFF for two seconds.
c. Repeat Steps A and B five consecutive times.
d. Open throttle, replace fuel injectors if there is any
evidence of raw fuel in throttle body manifold.
