Hello everyone,

Long time no talk on my end. Anyways, I bought a Buell XB muffler at an estate sale for $25 bucks! Sweet. I'm a welding student part time and a welder full time. I have no problems welding and cutting this pipe with a plasma cutter. My question mainly is how can I design a baffle system that is both effective at reducing an "open pipe" sound while keeping the exhaust flow flying freely through the pipe out a dual exiting point? Any pictures of a baffle system made up would really be appreciated!

Thanks,

Erik
