Yes, .27 is the last free version of the program, works on all 99-07 Buells with fuel injection.

Yes and no. There are several different versions of the firmware the ECMs use, if both ECMs have the same firmware, you can safely copy the entire EEPROM from one to the other. If they don't use the same firmware, you will cause issues if you try this. What you can still do is copy only the fuel maps, and any other settings you desire manually.

OK. '99 X1, race ECM. Reset TPS, AFV, and idle. After warm-up, double-checked idle; didn't return to idle speed very quickly. 22 mile ride, 70mph, 3500 rpm, ambeient temp 60. Engine temp 473F, able to set idle to 1100@1.6 degrees (1.6%) and AFV had dropped to 81. Apparently, running VERY lean! Help!
